Florian Auckenthaler

Florian Auckenthaler is the founder and developer for DesigningIT.com, a web design and development company focused on creating easily managed sites for small to medium size businesses. With ten years of experience, Florian has created ExpressionEngine websites that have been featured on show-ee.com.

In 2010, Florian started DesigningINT.com an internationally focused design company that helps businesses from Germany / Austria / Switzerland realize their potential in American markets. DesigningINT is a multinational website focusing on bilingual and multicultural business strategies.

Florian graduated with Honors from College of Charleston with a B.A. in International Business and Logistics.

Emily Ridgley

Emily Ridgley has been working at DesigningIT.com intermittently as office manager, design contributor, freelance writer, and web content specialist, since 2004. In 2011, she joined full-time as SEO Consultant, Social Media Strategist and Lead Blogger.

In addition to working at DesigningIT and DesigningINT, Emily is also launching emilyincharleston.com, a local blog exploring the nuances of being an outsider in Charleston, South Carolina. She currently resides in Charleston with her husband and two boys. Emily received her B.A. in English and Creative Writing and B.S. in Education from the College of Charleston.
